I had my first appointment tonight and she made me wait for 30 minutes without asking telling me she was running late. After making me wait 20 minutes she said she would be right with me and then made a phone call and made me wait another 10 minutes. So I left. If I ran my business this way I'd have no customers left. What makes some health care professionals think they can run a practice this way?
