Very nice clinic. Able to get an appointment right away. The staff is very professional and caring. They remember your name each time you arrive. It\'s nice that it is locally owned and operated as well.

Very nice clinic with experienced staff and no new graduates allowed. I would recommend them to my friends. The IMS really helped with pain relief and my symptoms dissipated greatly.

Nice place, been there for a month and I am 75 % better. nice people and friendly. I like their consistent service and management. they were good when it came to payment as I was not always on time.

Excellent clinic with very knowledgeable staff. Friendly, attentive and very professional,I would highly recommend this clinic.They also have a sport med clinic on tues afternoons with Dr Dave MacKenzie. He is excellent as well in dealing with recreational and sport related injuries.

I had my first appointment tonight and she made me wait for 30 minutes without asking telling me she was running late. After making me wait 20 minutes she said she would be right with me and then made a phone call and made me wait another 10 minutes. So I left. If I ran my business this way I'd have no customers left. What makes some health care professionals think they can run a practice this way?

The people who looked after me spent a considerable amount of time explaining what was happening with me and what we should do to help. I understood the whole plan before I had to commit to anything. When I returned to pick up my orthotics, they were ready on time and again the person explained how to wear them and look after them and answered my questions. I can also go back for any follow-ups as I need to without any more charges. After following the directions, my feet are much better.
