Company discrimenates against seniors, clients on social assistance and low income families.
They are the only physio therapist in town. next company is 50 km away. too expesive to travel such a distance.
It is disgusting when people are discriminated on basis of income, age and when you are on social assistance

The therapist at Plessis Physiotherapy was fantastic at relieving my pain. He was very knowledgeable about my condition and what to do for it (whiplash). He really took the time to explain things to me.

Don't Go Here!!! The receptionist informed me that they could not take my son as we were late - by 6 minutes for a one-hour appointment (I took a wrong turn and called to let them know we were on the way)! Imagine. She checked with the therapist who also said no. My son was a repeat client so already had his address, medical history, health coverage, etc. on file. How hard could it be to work with someone for 50 minutes instead of 60 - there are many ways this problem could have been dealt with. But, at this clinic, they would rather powertrip than be flexible. It's their right I guess, but to see someone with so little compassion for a kid in pain being so unreasonable is really frustrating. I rate this place a ZERO!

Great experience. Dan the physiotherapist there is fantastic. Went for tennis elbow, he gave me excerises to do at home, and ordered me a brace to support the elbow. The clinic has up-to-date machines. The rest of the staff was just as helpful. I highly recommend this clinic.

The reception is crap! You'll wait over an hour for your appointment every time because the secretary gave it to someone else. My billing is always screwed up. I'm finding a better clinic now.

Went to this clinic after having ACL re-contruction surgery. Daniel Flint the physiotherapist there, is amazing. He was super knowledgable, and extremely kind. I had the best possible experience you can have while receiving physio, was back on my feet in no time at all. The staff is always super friendly and accomdating. I would recommned this clinic to anyone who needs physiotherapy. It is a private clinic, so its not OHIP covered. So if you have benefits that will cover physio go see Dan!

The clinic is old and shabby. The practitioners are pretty good. The front desk staff are no good at all. There are so many nicer clinics than this one.

I was in PAIN, Annie fitted me in with an appointment within half a day. She treated me, and I walked out a new person! She also arranged the treatment schedule to fit my budget - more exercises to do at home, and fewer office visits. I recommend her whenever I can, and always get the same report back - she is FABULOUS!!!

I have struggled with pain due to my scoliosis. I have been to physiotherapists, chiros, specialists and James managed to help me get rid of about 99% of the pain in only 2 treatments. best therapist ever.

Had the owner Surinder as my physiotherapist. She was running behind, rushed my appointment and didnt really help me at all. I didnt feel any better. I was unhappy and will not be returning.

Very unprofessional attitudes and conversation..belittling of clients and their support persons-comments used..unnecessary pushing of excersizes that have nothing to do with issues at hand..no action shown toward better understanding of clients personal issues..ex resesearching the syndrome or checking out doctor links..or looking for new ways or strategies of managing clients pain. No concern for injury sustained by doing hydraulic excersize at a physio apt-blaming it. on sleep! Booking in of apts.everyday of the week without consulting client of availability. Requesting extensions of therapy on the behalf of client without consulting them. No concern for clients needs-medical supplies-never once sent out letter of request for possible useful medical items for the client-ie. Water heating" ice packs" crutches" gym membership" dietician" canre" ecttt...the list goes on of how unprofessional this clinic is!!

Joanne is fantastic! Very professional, knowledgable and friendly. The two female staff members at the front desk would do better if they just smiled once in awhile. They are good at what they do but their manner is clipped and unfriendly.

Extremely impressed with my care at this clinic. My soccer coach really encouraged me to check them out. Other clinics have laser as well, but their system is top notch and they are very experienced. I took advantage of the massage as well! Easy to use my Blue Cross here and I didn't need my doc's referral either.

I have two herniated disks, and was immobilized for two weeks. Adam at Cornerstone not only got me back on my feet, but provided me with the tools to stay pain-free since then. I can't recommend them highly enough. Professional and effective.
